I know this has been mentioned on the forums, but I don't see any resolution save for changing the ini file which takes away all interactivity of that web object. I have an interactive animation, but I also have some key words with a pop up that shows some key definitions when clicked. These show up of course under the web object and is unreadable. I have very limited screen because it's designed for mobile, so I either have to leave out the important keywords or axe my animation? Is there a way around this?

It's a bit hard to understand your issue without being able to see what you're talking about.
A screenshot would help.

Hi RodWard, Thanks for your reply. I guess my description is not very informative! So I have a webObject that the user can interact with, and I have some keywords at the bottom of the page that show the definition when the link is clicked. In my Captivate project, I have the webObject on layer 2, and the pop up windows on the very top - but when I export, the web object defaults to the top. I've attached two screenshots, one of what it looks like in a browser, and one of my layout in Captivate. Any advise you can give would be really appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

You mentioned that you were aware of the solution involving editing the ini file.
Have you actually tried that solution and found that it removed ALL ability to interact with your web object? Or does it only remove the ability to interact with a part of the web object that is covered by another object?

Yes, I did the ini file trick, and the webObject did not default to the top. I have some buttons within that webObject that trigger two different animations when clicked, but all interactivity is lost going this route. The popup windows do not cover the buttons in anyway so that is not the issue. (These screenshots are not my actual files - I had to use a test file because I'm restricted to what I can share online).
As a workaround, I did create text boxes with the information in Animate and used those in leu of text boxes created in Captivate. They obey the layer order but what a pain (I have a lot throughout this project)! The other downfall is that Animate renders the text so it does not look as crisp. The webObjects are hard to control in a responsive project so it's just another level of headache.

Looks like you need to decide which is more important to you, the animation interactivity or the keywords and forfeit whichever is less important.
There are always compromises necessary in any project. You can't always have your cake and eat it too. And with Responsive projects you're lucky to have cake at all.

Or wait until Adobe fixes the bug.
I know all too well compromise in a project, was just seeing if anyone had a workaround for this.
Thanks for your time.
