After three video recordings my webcam video is not visible any more at the corresponding slide, neither in play mode nor in preview mode. When I click at the slide at the location where the webcam recording should be, I see a transparant selection frame and a recording identification. The timeline correctly shows the webcam video presence and it is marked as visible. Restarting my laptop did not solve this issue. Still no view.
Is my webcam video gone (e.g. memory issue) or hidden somewhere? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I saw this on my own system. I'm on Windows 10 and downloaded a video that I added to the slide using Video on the ribbon. the video plays in preview the first couple of times, then shows a black frame in place of the video.
My Fix: I cleared my cache (Edit > Preferences > Clear Cache), closed all other programs, reduced the number of slides to preview, and it worked.
A few questions come to mind:

In addition, I run Captivate 2019 as administrator. I freed hard disk space. I changed the video storage path to a second hard drive with plenty of space. Still the same problem. Webcame visible in the timeline but not on screen.
