What are the requirements for playing an .mp4 in fullscreen?

Hi,

We're using Captivate 9 (x64, Windows) to create an interative training project for a customer.

Our customer is using Internet Explorer 11 to run that training.

We experience no issue with playing .mp4-videos, except for Fullscreen Playback:

If the user clicks the Fullscreen button on the video, an error "Your browsers doesn't support fullscreen" (sic) is displayed, titled "Adobe Captivate".

We can confirm this behaviour on Internet Explorer 11, but both Edge and Firefox show the video in Fullscreen without any issue.

IE 11 by itself doesn't seem to have any issue playing Videos in Fullscreen. I've just tested it with YouTube or Dailymotion.

What are Captivate's requirements for Fullscreen Playback?

I'm talking about pressing THIS button on the Video:

... and this Message Box:

Kind regards,
