Is it .mp4 or .f4v? Can't get any video to play correctly.

Are you talking about inserting a video into Captivate? Normally many video formats will be accepted and converted using the AME.

I should have specified can't get any video to upload. I have embedded multiple videos in a project and previewed them in SCORM and Adobe Edge Inspect and have published for device. The videos play, all thought they hang, they carry over onto the next slide, and the buffer must get plugged because they are always tripping over themselves during playback. But this does confirm that video can play correctly.
With that here is what I am trying to do: Publish a Captivate 9 project to Captivate Prime with a single 2 min. video in it. The project has 3 slides. Works in SCORM. Go to publish to Captivate Prime. Log in. Get window with our company name, and the message Video Vibrant test module is being uploaded to prime. No progress bar. Either it takes more than 12 hours to encode or it is a bug. I do know that Captivate is abandoning Flash SWF and going stricly HTML5. Maybe Prime is ready for that yet. An adobe rep told me that I need to Sandbox Captivate 9 on my Macintosh. That is what I am going to attempt next. I am also going to point to the video with a YouTube URL.In the mean time can anyone here point me to a module that uses video that I can see on Prime?

I think the problem is that Captivate 9 is not compatible with my Mac OS, Mountain Lion 10.8.5. There is no other explanation for the upload freezing. It would have been nice if the Adobe C9 installer stated it was incompatible with my OS. Would have saved a lot of time troubleshooting.
