When I insert audio into a slide, the YouTube widgets disappear in the slide and throughout the entire slideshow

I am inserting audio into my Captivate slides. When I insert audio that a recorded in Captivate, it wiped out my YouTube widget and it would not display in the slide window. It does not display in Preview mode. I changed the position of the widget on my timeline. I placed it at the top of the timeline. Saved and then previewed it from this slide. I then experimented with placement of the widget on the timeline. Each time saving and previewing from this slide. Same result. What are I doing wrong?

Can you tell which version of Captivate you are using (exact number please) and on which OS? Are you talking about a project created in that version or an updated project? Did you try to re-insert the YouTube widget? Why do you want to have slide audio on such a slide with Youtube which has already audio on board? Maybe better to split up that slide in two slides?
