When using the LeftToRight effect, is there a way to set how far an object moves from left to right?

Let's say I just want it to move 10px ....  Or 20px.... Is there a way to set this?

Look for the small square located on the bottom right corner of the object when you are in Effects view.  Click that little square and then you should see the arrow that allows you to specify the exact direction and length the object will be moved by the effect.

Alternative is to edit the XML file and save it as a custom effect if you want an 'exact' motion.
