why am i unable to find captivate 9 in creative cloud packager

I'm a entry-level packager. I just package Illustrator CC 2015 using the Cloud packager  V 1.9 and I have Captivate 9.0 to package. I don't see the application when I enter the s/n for this version in the CC packager which I've retrieve from Adobe licensing site but I was able to see Captivate 8 using the s/n from the licensing site. how do I package Captivate 9 not using the CC packager

Captivate is not part of the Creative Cloud, maybe that is the reason?

thanks for the confirmation. I saw a post earlier where the user stated they completed packaging captivate 9 using the creative cloud packager so I wonder why I'm not seeing it.

I'm manually installing the .exe and I uncheck the components but there are other products installing like math magic, quiz analyzer, etc... are still installing with captivate 9, how do I stop the other installs

It is still absolutely insane that Captivate isn't part of CC. Wish Adobe would stop treating Captivate like the black sheep of their product family.

Several applications are not part of CC, not considered to be creative applications: Presenter, Captivate, Framemaker, RoboHelp... all 'stepchildren'.
