Why does my Adobe login fail on Captivate to access PhoneGap?

Blocked at the second step

I can log in to my Adobe account on the website - as I have done to get to this discussion page.

I am following the steps here How to preview and publish responsive projects in Adobe Captivate and in the Publish as apps for devices section on Captivate I am unable to log in. Obviously my login details work, I even changed the password to update it to make sure I had it correct. My colleague has done the same and we receive this error:

Can anyone help? I couldn't find anything else on the forums about this.
