I created a knowledge check slide and was provided a http:// link. The link did not work the following day. How do I access the link at a later date? Is the link the one I would provide to others to review the slide?
Sorry, but can you explain what you mean? You can have KC slides in a cptx project, but I don't understand what you mean by that 'link'. Are you talking about the published project. Does it have only one slide?

I'm new to Captivate and a have been shown how to import PPT to Captivate and save as a video. This is how we do a lot of our training. I was trying to create something more interactive and found in the Adobe Support how to set up a KC slide. I encountered difficulties.
The project is a test and only has two slides. One was the information and one was the KC. I tried to saved as a video, but the KC slide was static. So I saved as a responsive project. The KC slide radio buttons and responses worked!
But I couldn't figure out how to share the 2 slides with my colleagues for review. They do not have Captivate. My apologies, but I became very confused. The link may have been provided when I selected preview.

Very new to eLearning as well? It would save you a lot of time and frustration if you tried to take some basic training.
Video is by definition non-interactive. If you publish to MP4, which is the video format, you'll lose any interactivity. Of course it is zasy to send a video to someone else, or to post it on YouTube or another platform.
For an interactive movie, you have to publish to HTML5 (SWF is another possibility but Flash Player is EOL). You'll end up with a folder. Upload that folder to a LMS or a webserver and send the link to your colleagues. Importing PPT-slides is something I would never recommend. If you want to learn to use Captivate, create the slides in Captivate.
