Hey there.
I've created a short online learning module and used two different Learning Interactions that are available in Captivate 9.
It works fine when I preview the project, however when I go to publish so that I can add the content to my LMS (Blackboard), the widgets are BLANK screens.
I am feeling frustrating, needless to say and any advice in easy to understand terms would be greatly appreciated. I'm a nurse, not a tech expert.
Thanks in advance for any help - I need to get this published this weekend.

What exact version of Captivate 9 are you using?
What type of output are you publishing to?

Hi,
I am experiencing the same problem. Widgets only work in preview mode. On Chrome they don't load up and a blank page displays. I am publishing the project as HTML5. Can someone help? I tried downloading chrome extensions for flash but that doesn't help.

Upload to a webserver, please.

Is there a way to make it work locally from my computer? I don't have access to a web-server for this project. I want it to load properly locally from my computer. Is that possible?

You can install a webserver on your system (WAMP, XAMP). Sorry, some learning interactions only are viewable after publishing to a server. Do you publish to HTM5 or SWF? For SWF it could be possible to view locally if the published folder is added to Flash trusted sites.

I was publishing in HTML5. I just installed XAMP and posted my folder in the htdocs folder. Works perfectly fine now!!
Thanks a lot for your help!

Figured it out. Thanks Rod - I published to my LMS and it worked.
Now I'm having issues with the Jeopardy interaction.
No OK or Submit or Cancel button. Updated the program, changed resolution, and restarted Captivate.
Just lost all of my questions, too. I should have known better & put the questions in a word document, first. Particularly with all of the glitches I have experienced with Captivate 9! RodWard Thanks for responding!!
