Windows 10 and Captivate 9- still having issues with images being red boxes on publish-HELP

I have done the following:

I have checked  Force Republish Turned off compression -

is there another workaround.

Try increasing the Slide Quality setting on those particular slides where you see red boxes.  Use High Quality 24 bit.
