I have a license assigned to my e-mail, but every time I log in to the software, I receive an expired license message.
I've tried all the solutions in this article with no success.
Also, Adobe support walked me thru these steps without success.
I would appreciate it if anyone could help.
I will do it.
I started a fresh install on my (another computer) laptop and received a message from Adobe "We have assigned a license to ...."
And it works.
