Zip Utility Error - Help

Sometimes I can publish, sometimes I cannot.  When I cannot, I get the following error message pop-up.  Any help would be appreciated!

Where are you trying to publish this output?  Is it publishing to a folder on your local hard drive or somewhere on a network drive?
