We are just getting started with Adobe Captivate Prime and wish to make use of the Multi-Tenancy capability touted on the marketing feature list. To quote:

Multi-tenancy

Provide your departments, divisions, or clients with their own instance of LMS, which they can customize, brand, administer, and manage while sharing seats, catalogs and reports.

We can not find any documentation on this feature. Chat support directed us to the Peer Accounts setup, but that does not allow you to create the separate tenants (sites) or to share seats or catalogs, only to effectively loan some of your license seats to another existing site that has chosen to Peer with yours...

Is anyone using this feature or know where to find the documentation?

You have touched on the answer when you mention 'another existing site'.
Content, reports and seats can be shared across existing accounts.

We can help you get another account set up to use for a department, division, partner or client.

Anyone can contact me directly for additional information and answers to questions about Captivate Prime.

Another option would be to create additional catalogs and set up external user accounts. This would not require creating a peer account.

Catalogs can be configured to only be visible to certain groups or roles within Captivate Prime. If you are using internal users (user accounts create under you primary domain by your admins), then you set the internal visibility to a specific group and only members of that group will be able to see the catalog and its contents.

If you are using external users, you will have to set up a subdomain for those users (but this means they can access the catalog through a unique URL that is specific to them). Then users registered under that domain will only see the specified catalog(s).

When using External accounts you will have to specify the number of enrollments allowed. This keeps an external account from registering more users than you expected and taking all your licenses.

Alternatively, you can use Peer account to create an additional prime account that is allocated some of the seats from your primary account and has unique Catalogs.

Hope that helps.
