I have completed a learning program but the badge is not showing on the Badges page.
All my other completed courses show the badges there but the latest one which is Target Sales.
Any idea why? and/or will it display after a time?
The others were immediate.
Are you perhaps looking for assistance with Captivate Prime (the LMS) rather than Captivate (the e-learning authoring tool)? If so, you need to go to a different User Forum.

However it seems that Support has resolved this issue and my Badge is now available to me as of a short time ago today.
