I recently started a trial version of Captivate Prime. I am trying to upload files from Captivate 8 to Prime. The files are HTML5/SWF uploaded in .ZIP format.

Upload initially appears to work followed by error " VC4 failed to be uploaded. Reason: The uploaded content is not supported. Please try again"

Hi Duncan,

Please ensure that you have enabled Scorm 1.2/Scorm 2004/AICC reporting for the content you are trying to publish. Also choose either HTML or SWF while publishing.

If you still face upload issues, please email the project to me.

Regards,

Deepashree
