After importing a CSV with our users for setup in Captivate, some of the users have 'Not Applicable' in the Manager field. When I edit the User, the Manager Name field is not editable. Most of the users imported with a manager just fine.

I suspect you are talking about Captivate Prime, not about the eLearning authoring app Captivate. Do you want me to move your question to the Prime forum?
