When I upload my Captivate modules to Adobe Captivate Prime, the audio in my modules will not play on an iPhone or iPad. Is anyone else having this problem. I contacted support and they keep saying they are working on it on the back end. I ask for updates and get limited, generic responses. I know it's the app because a friend of mine, who rarely updates her apps, said she can hear the audio in all the apps on an older version of Captivate Prime on her phone. This is very frustrating as my mobile users can't hear anything for the last three weeks. Any feedback would be great if anyone knows a solution.
