Captivate Prime App Resolution/Bug Issues

Hi there,

I started designing modules and courses for our summer institute, and I was very excited to have the learners use their phones to learn with the Captivate Prime App. However, there are problems. The entire slide isn't displayed on the iPhone or iPad screens. I tried changing the resolution several times to make it fit, but it doesn't work. Also, the quiz slides are bugged. Sometimes they appear, and sometimes they do not. I need to know how to fix the resolution to fit perfectly as fit-to-screen, regardless of if it is iPhone or iPad. And I need to know how to fix the quiz bug. It only happens on the app.

The app also doesn't let me use the player controls. I can't go forward, backward, or go full-screen. I can only pause/play.

What was used to create the modules? Is it PPT, Presenter, Captivate, something else?
