Hi all.

We've had out Captivate Prime LMS up and running for a year now with no problems, but as of today (june 18, 2020), none of the modules will load anymore; just an infinitely spinning wheel.

All of the modules in the courses are Captivate self-paced modules, built in-house with Cap2019.

Is there a content store outage or a major format upgrade that happened?... i'm at a loss.

Thanks in advance,

Will

Hi Will,

Thank you for contacting Adobe Captivate Prime Team.

There were a few reports yesterday regarding Captivate courses not previewing for Administrators and Authors, but we have no report regarding the contents not loading for Learners.

We are working on the issue with Preview and it should be resolved ASAP.

In case you have an issue with the Learners not able to view the courses, kindly reach us using the link shared by my colleague in the last reply.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Regards,

I can confirm that this issue is only affecting the preview of courses while logged in as Admin or Author.  Learner accounts have not sen any problems. (thank you for that peace of mind)

Hopefully the preview problem is resolved soon, but in the meantime, we can just take an extra step and "preview" content as learners.

Thanks!
