I uploaded a course to Prime.
I see it when logged in as Author and Admin.
But, when I login as Learner, the course is not there.
I've had learners in my company try to take the course and they don't see it either.
Any ideas why this would happen?
Catalogs contain learning objects and can be shared to specific groups of users.
One item to check and correct, as needed, is whether a user is a member of a group which has been given visibility to the catalog containing the learning object that you want the user to see.

Thanks. But I heard back from the Prime Tech support team and there was actually a problem with their servers yesterday (issue has been corrected).
If a course is not set to allow 'self-enrollment' then it will not appear in a catalog.
