I read in this forum that you cannot delete a user and then recreate that same user later.
I have also read that you can do this, if you use a CSV file to do it.
Could someone from Adobe please clarify?
I am ready to recommend Captivate to my company, but this question has come up. It's probably not a showstopper, but I need the correct answer.
Thanks.

Hello Bob.
I'm curious. How long did you and your team evaluate Captivate Prime before deciding this was the one for your team members?
I guided my company to use Prime several months ago after testing with a small group of learners. But, there are some pitfalls I'm now dealing with that, if I had known back in Q2 this year, maybe I would have made a different recommendation.

I didn’t have a lot of time, about one month starting from scratch, with other things I had to get done as well.
I actually recommended another one, but they liked the pricing on Captivate Prime. I had some concerns too, but the features are good and the overall design is better than others I evaluated. They also liked that there is no storage limit.
Regarding adding and deleting users, most of the others had 250 or 500 minimums, not individual pricing, so that issue would have been moot. We want to start small, so the per user pricing was a big factor.
Thanks.

Thanks for sharing Bob. I appreciate it.
We like Prime. And, I'm REALLY hoping the tech development team can address the concerns I have.
I officially launched to my learners three weeks ago. I am purposefully keeping the number of learners I bring online with the platform small, to give me time to work out issues.
What is your plan to populate Prime with learning content?
Although Adobe's marketing campaign for Prime inferred that the platform is 'also' a learning content management system (LCMS), that is not the case.
I've tried reaching out to others in the Forum to learn about their launch, learning content process, rollout etc. without much luck. I'll gladly share with you what we did to launch Prime and am happy to act as a sounding board as you and your team get underway.
If you have not seen the use case video with Vivaki, check it out, it paints a well-rounded picture of Prime's capabilities. Good luck.
