Does certificate completion get updated on learner's profile?

Hello,

 

I have set up a recurring certificate that needs to be completed annually. And wanted to check if this information gets updated in the learner's profile and does Adobe send out reminders to the enrolled users?

If yes, as an Admin, do I have access to view the users profile? how do we go about checking this information? If not, can you advise a work around?

Thank you for contacting Adobe Captivate Prime Team. 

 

  • Yes when a user completes a Recurring Certification, the user is notified using an email (if you have enabled the email) and a notification(using the bell icon at the top right corner).
  • The same information is also updated in the Learner Transcript of the user. The LT report can be accessed by the user or the administrator to view the details.
  • As an Administrator, you can not access the user's profile but you can download the Certification report or the LT report to view the users' status in the Certification.

Hi Debiprasad,

 

That is great, I am also enrolled as a learner to the course and completed it, but I do not see the details on my profile. is the LT the only option to view it?

When you complete a course as a learner, you can access the same course in your Learner's Dashboard under the "My Learning" section.
