Error Message: failed to be uploaded

I am trying to upload a zipped SCORM 2004 course to Adobe Prime and I keep getting this error message: failed to be uploaded. Reason: An Internal Error has occurred.

I tried two different browsers and re-published the course twice. I even tried another course file that was successfully uploaded yesterday and that one also produced an upload error. There are no special characters in the title. Anyone else experiencing this?
