i downloaded the Captivate Prime app onto my iPad. For three days I have been trying to access my account but I recieve an error that the server is not found. I tried to talk to the support team but it is closed. I came to the forum... But... I cannot find an answer to my question.

We actually fixed few issues today itself. Could you try again and check if it is working for you.
unfortunately it still cannot connect to the server from my iPad app. Still get the same error. Thanks for your quick response.
I just spoke to the support team and they said the app is not working with the new update. We have to wait for at least a week.nThis is really not good.
