We need to certify inspectors within companies that provide us with parts. So I've added some external users and set the Expiry date for 45 days in the future. That means they have 45 days to complete their certification before those seats revert to my internal pool of LMS seats. (At leas that is how I understand the system.)
What happens in 24 months when their certification expires? Will the approaching expiration appear on any reports? Will an email be generated to the external user or to me as the administrator?
I'd like to be certain that in 23 months the notifications I set up will start to warn us that those external users are about to require re-certification will be generated.
Anyone have some information about this to share?
