Generation of new CSV

I made a csv to upload lots of new users but it gave me so many problems and errors, I gave up. I just added 90 users by hand.  So now that I have everyone set up, I need a csv with their info so I can just add to that file with more users tomorrow. If you don't add onto the CSV, I'm told it will wipe out any ID's not in the csv.  So can the system provide a spreadsheet / csv with user ID, name, e-mail, manager ID, profile etc??

I'm sorry to hear you had a hard time with the upload.
I had problems with mine when I did my latest version some weeks ago too.

Check out this page for CSV help, if you have not already.

This page also has a sample CSV file you can download.

The columns in the sample are THE LEAST AMOUNT of data you may want.

You can add others if you need to.

Thanks for the feedback....its a learning experience for sure.  The main issue was setting up the manager/learner roles since we have 500 shops and an internal corporate environment with inter dependencies. Ugh...
