I'm developing my quizzes in Captivate 2017 and publishing directly to Captivate Prime.
Several of my students have given me similar feedback regarding buggy quizzes.
Things such as:
- A quiz is skipping certain questions and not letting them answer them
- A quiz isn't saving all of their answers - when they get to the end and review it says they didn't answer some of the questions that they actually did answer
The things that are confusing me:
- They are not reporting the problems for the same quizzes or quiz questions. So a quiz may work for one person and then not for the next.
- Once I've been able to replicate the problem (it then disappeared again). But usually I cannot duplicate their problem.
Has anyone experienced similar problems?
Is there a specific browser or device that could cause this problem?
