Getting reports back from students that quizzes are not consistently performing correctly, cannot replicate

Hello!

I'm developing my quizzes in Captivate 2017 and publishing directly to Captivate Prime.

Several of my students have given me similar feedback regarding buggy quizzes.

Things such as:

  • A quiz is skipping certain questions and not letting them answer them
  • A quiz isn't saving all of their answers - when they get to the end and review it says they didn't answer some of the questions that they actually did answer

The things that are confusing me:

  • They are not reporting the problems for the same quizzes or quiz questions.  So a quiz may work for one person and then not for the next.
  • Once I've been able to replicate the problem (it then disappeared again).  But usually I cannot duplicate their problem.

Has anyone experienced similar problems?

Is there a specific browser or device that could cause this problem?
