Hello to the ACP tech development team.
I would like to see some enhancements around the process learners go through to reset their passwords.
Currently ACP site admins have no part of that process (since the password is an Adobe ID). My learners are frustrated when their unable to successfully reset their passwords, and doubly so when I as the site admin cannot do anything about it
I'll be at 300 learners on our LMS in the future, I don't want to manually manage this process, but, is there some level of control Adobe can grant site admins to help in a crunch?
