About 3 months ago I have purchased the new Captivate 9.....now it has been replaced by a newer version....
Paid a arm and a leg to purchase this one.....a little heads up would have been nice, could have waited another 3 months...if the period is longer, I can understand, but 3 months is a bit short to be left with an older software package...
I have contacted Adobe, but ...though luck (not in those words) was the message...
Very very very disappointing...

Check the refund policy.
Generally, they refund within a month of purchase.
