Hi Laurel,

Thank you for contacting Adobe Captivate Prime. Every Captivate Prime account has one or more Administrators who can give you access to their account. This can not be done by Adobe. 

Kindly contact the Captivate Prime account Administrator that you want to access so that he/she can register you in the account and you can access the Portal.
