How to add/remove subscriptions from an account?

To add subscriptions in an account, add the number of users for who you'd like to purchase subscriptions. Then on the upper-right corner, click Place Order. Review the estimate and click Proceed. Enter your account details and also your credit card details. Then to purchase the subscriptions, click Complete Order.

To remove an active subscription, contact the Captivate Prime support team.

It is ironic that while adding subscriptions is very easy, deleting them is not. I have multiple subscriptions, each with a different anniversary date. I want to delete just a few of them, but of course that is not easy. I contacted the support team and was basically pointed to this community support page. Not very helpful. Any help you can provide is appreciated.

If you need to reduce the number of seats that you have purchased, you can cancel the subscription at the end of the billing cycle and then purchase the number of seats required. 

Deactivating the existing seats and purchasing new license count will not effect your account in any manner just your account will now show a new License count.
