when i export course content from another LMS it downloads as .imscc file, i think it's an LMS zip
this seems to be unsupported in CP as an import
has anyone managed to overcome this problem before please?

Hi,
This file format is not supported by Captivate Prime.
We can use e-learning content that is created using any eLearning tool. Generally, this would be a .zip file. Other supported course formats include video files, PDF, Doc, Docx, PPT, and PPTX.
