I have a certification set up in Prime. Sometimes due to technical issues, scheduling etc my client will do the training live instead. Is there anyway to get the results of the classroom training to show up in the certification?
I know I can individually assign the course and them complete the course then add the learner to the certification. The problem is that I have no way to change the date of the completion so if this is not done the same day as the training is completed the dates will be wrong in Prime.
