any one know how to unlock an account used for training?  World Scout Jamboree - Safe From Harm specifically?

ok, have been communicating with them all day and with your customer support.  All I need is an account locked after numerous attempts by changing password, or recovery mode, which then a message that there is no account attached to the email Working both support help team, with no ability to just get a new account for the same email, etc. and new password to use to get into the training module.thanks!

Adobe Captivate Prime Account gets locked when multiple attempts are done to reset the password. The cool off period is around one hour. Once the cool off period is over. Please use the Reset password option, an email would get triggered to your registered email address. Type in a password which has an Upper case character, lower case character, one special character with number. The password length should be of minimum 8 characters. Click on Return to Login and then use your new password. Hope this information is useful.

ok, the account is still locked.  when you try to reset the password, it says there is no account associated with the registered ID number

- so, used the one that the used during the registration process and it says there is no account associated with the user ID

Can't someone unlock the account that was used for another training module?  or reset the password recovery link?

It is a 2 hour training and it has been July 1st since the account was used before getting locked.

Please get in touch with World Scout Jamboree support team, it seems your email account has not been registered and you do not have a registered ID number.
