Is Captivate Prime suitable for external / public learners? We want to create a platform where our members (not employees of the company) will have access to the content we create. In this scenario, they would signup on our website, and then be able to login and get access to content. The end users would not be part of the company. Is Captivate suitable for this kind of workflow? What would billing look like in that scenario?
You can have both external learners as well as internal learners within a given Prime account. You could even build your own public web portal where your learners sign up and access the content they get access to. In fact, there are also some key features and workflows within Prime that are specifically designed keeping "external learners" in mind such as external learner profiles, external learner registration, customizable branding for external learners, and so on.
