Is Captivate Prime suitable for external / public learners? We want to create a platform where our members (not employees of the company) will have access to the content we create. In this scenario, they would signup on our website, and then be able to login and get access to content. The end users would not be part of the company. Is Captivate suitable for this kind of workflow? What would billing look like in that scenario?
You can have both external learners as well as internal learners within a given Prime account. You could even build your own public web portal where your learners sign up and access the content they get access to. You could even "embed" the fluidic player within your portal (you will also need to use the public API for Learner role in conjunction with it); to provide a completely custom user experience to your learners on your site - see Adobe Captivate Prime Help | Embeddable fluidic player for more details.
In fact, there are also some key features and workflows within Prime that are specifically designed keeping "external learners" in mind such as external learner profiles, external learner registration, customizable branding for external learners, and so on.

This is great! Thanks for the response!
Also, let us know if you need someone to do a demonstration of the External Learner part of the system.
