Hi Sanjeev,

At the moment, Captivate Prime allows you to setup a custom sub-domain only which can be done by logging into your account as an Admin and then click on "Company Info" on the left column.

Click on the hyperlink "Change" to the right of the Subdomain and you may choose something like yourcompanyname.captivateprime.com as per availability.

In case you have a specific domain/URL available to you which you would like to use to access Prime, then you may setup a redirect from that URL to the

Yes. You can simply set it under the subdomain option in the Admin panel, or if you need to customize it for your primary domain - just reach out to support as i recall. I'll ping them just to verify.

So, I can have a URL of my own e.g. mycompanyname.com instead of having the one with adobe or captivate prime's name along with it?

Will the captivateprime.com be hidden with the redirect you've mentioned above, so only the subdomain of my company is shown, e.g. subdomain.mycompanyname.com ?

privasee you can redirect an url with a "mask". Visitor go to X.com, he's redirected to Y.com but he see on the url adress bar X.com.

The only thing I don't know is that the mask continues on all links once you enter on the website. For example if you click "catalog", is there still a mask ? I don't know. Should be a way to map all the links and add a mask.
