Is there a way to clean up the module library?

I have tested things for a few months now in ACP.

There are some modules that are no longer relevant.

Is there a way to clean up the module library?

Clean up could be something like...

  • Group certain modules together for easier & faster identification
  • Deleting modules that are no longer needed
  • Deactivating modules some how to, at least, remove them from my view.
  • Sorting modules by type
  • Sorting modules by date created

...bottom line is that there are a lot of things in the module library that I have to wade through and I don't need to see everything, all the time when I am at that location.

Thanks,

Thomas H.

Hi Harrell,

This item is on the road-map although I don't think we have a date for it just yet.  I hope to see a similar workflow as with other learning objects.  Draft > Publish > Retire > Delete.

The idea of grouping and additional sorting options are all good ideas which I'll pass on to the team.

Hi Jesse Novak.

As an Adobe Product Evangelist thanks for responding.

Do you formally work for Adobe?

If yes, I would like to know how can I, as the learning leader for my organization, influence Adobe Prime's technical development team?

In other words, I want to know how I can help. For example, help in offering ideas to be placed on the developmental roadmap for Prime. Help in the creation of a DETAILED workflow document, so that, admins like myself, don't stumble blindly while trying to build their academy with BEST PRACTICES.

I would like to be a part of the solution, instead of only coming to the forum when I need to voice a concern.

Regards,

Thomas H.

One helpful thing you can do is always add tags to all of your modules; if you then search by tag names (1st green arrow below) the search results will group all of the  modules together on the left that have the same tags. prime_tags.jpg
