As I am testing Prime as LMS for several clients I noted that it does not play on following mobile devices:

Samsung smart phone S5 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3.

I checked the "Lynda" learning platform. It is explained, that for mobile views an app needs to be loaded. Unfortunately, I can't find this app in the google play store.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi Next Consulting

Device app is certified only on iPad Air and Nexus 9 tablets. Technically, it should work on all Android devices which has Large/Extra Large screen size.

However, this feature is still under pipeline, which shall be introduced in the upcoming versions of Captivate Prime.

Regards,

Devendra.
