Are you able to Publish to Desktop or Adobe Connect? We have a contact that can support you from Adobe if you can Publish, but just can't populate the drop down.
I can publish locally, then upload manually. Just the one click to Prime field is not populated.
Please double check your version. If possible you might try to go back to 11 if you are on version 11.1. If you want to send a personal message with some contact info or give me a call, we can get a specialist from the Presenter team to help.
