Hi all. We have been using the external groups for our partner organizations and assigning internally-registered/csv-upload managers as the manager. We have been getting requests from the managers of these external groups on how to view, track and monitor learning activities for external users. I have made a test myself where I created an external group with few users and me as a manager. However I am unable to generate any reports as I couldn't see/select my external group as options. I am not even sure if manager has this access (I know Administrators can generate external group reports). Can anyone advice how can a manager track, monitor and generate reports for external group learning activities? Thanks in advance!
