Quiz help - Multiple choice questions. Wrong answer doesn't move the slide on

Can anyone help with this.  I've put an incorrect answer into multiple choice questions.  If it is clicked then the quiz slide just stays where it is.  Also I can't find the area to provide a number to multiple correct answers.  Appreciate any help.
