Hello Prime Community,
Does anyone know the process to reset a course for a user that is part of a Learning Program?
Basically we have a learner that has softlocked a course in a learning program and the admin over that learning program wants to force restart the course for that one user.
The admin does not want to set up attempts and have to instruct the user to re-attempt themselves as they would likely not follow through.
Is there a level of control from the admin point of view to reset a course in a learning program?

We do not have the option to reset one course in a Learning Program for a user. We have that option available at a course level but not in a Learning Program.
The only way we can achieve this by increasing the number of attempts of that same course and it will let the user attempt the course one more time.
