Why are certain features blocked/unavailable with firefox?

Hi Community,

My apologies if this has been talked about before, but I could not find a proper answer to my question.

Why is Firefox not supported with using Captivate Prime?

That Adobe has preferred browsers is fine, but I am noticing certain functionality is blocked/unavailable while using Firefox as your browser.

Feedback from my learners is making it increasingly frustrating for them to participate in training.

Could someone please explain the reason behind this to me?

(I truly am just trying to understand and not complain)

Thanks in advance!

Sincerely,

Sean

There were some issue with the playback on the content on the Firefox

Which we are still working on and that's why we recommend it not using it.

Thanks

I realize this post is almost 2 years old now... but has there been any progress on this?
