I am trying to update Captivate to 11.5 but am receiving a window that says "You'll need a new app to open this auphd". I have tried disabling my firewall and am running the program as an administrator. Any ideas?
Did you clean Preferences before trying to update?
I did, still same issue.

FInd the subfolder 'utils' under the installation folder. Run the file CleanPreferences... which fits your OS while Captivate is closed.
