Adobe Captivate, Moodle Cloud LMS and Moodle app

Hi

I'm hoping someone may be able to help.

I have a very simple Captivate project (video and interaction), saved as a SCORM pacakge and uploaded to Moodle cloud.  It works perfectly well on a desktop yet when played on my iPhone 7 through the Moodle app the content cuts off just before the captivate interaction.  This is also happening on another 'module' but I have a third which is fine.  I can't work out what the problem may be?

Can anyone help?

Hi,

Can you please share the screenshot of the issue you are facing on iPhone 7? This could be an issue with Moodle app itself. How does it look if you view the output directly on your iPhone? Is it responsive or non - responsive project?

Hi

Thank you for taking the time to reply.  Weirdly it seems to be working ok today?  I have updated the Moodle app as it prompted me todo so so hopefully that was the issue.
