In Adobe Presenter Video Express, anytime I click on the 'Both' layout button, I get a popup error message that says "Application encountered an internal error".  Everything else seems to be working fine.  Any ideas how to resolve this?  Using PowerPoint 2010, 32 bit on a Windows 7 machine.

This is a 6 years old thread. For some reasons when the platform changed, they put the Presenter threads in the Captivate forum. Very little chance to get an answer here. May I recommend you to start a new thread in the CONNECT forum? Staff told me that Presenter questions need to be asked in that forum; why they put old Presenter thread here is a mystery.
