Any Ideas why?

I just completed my first module and it's now been posted to our website HTML5. However, if an elearner starts the module then leaves and comes back they can start where they left off but the pop up with the directions to do so is faded out. How do I correct this? I'm almost there!!!!!

Which Theme do you use? Check and eventually edit the object style for Runtime Dialog.

I used Pearl and have no idea how to edit fo Runtime Dialog - sorry first timer here.
