Assets not appearing in Adobe 11.5

Dear all,

unfortunately my new update assets in 2019 are not appearing even after installing the latest update.

Also how do i incorporate a timer on quizzes?

As for a quiz timer: not possible out of the box.  I have implemented such a timer with consequences and warnings for multiple clients. I used system variables and show the Timer interaction in combination.   Recently decided not to stop offering  full explanations of. more complicated workflows for free.  Maybe someone else will take over what I have been doing for more than 10 years

Thanks but tried it and it didnt work first time but 3/4th time it restarted it worked.

Tried without a proxy.
